Hello everyone! Here comes my 5th food and wine paring video!
Have you ever had or heard of Mai-bing before? Mai-bing is a traditional dish originated in Zhejing province of China. A true specialty to the region. In this video, my very good friend, Arial Chou, the creator of Soft Structure 刺蝟的柔軟密室, will show us how to make the dish. As usual, I will pick a few wines that would go very well with Mai-bing.
